Please call our disability services phone line at (660) 388-6614 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Massie Appliance can service most appliance makes and models. Some exclusions may apply.

The first 10 miles from our home location are at no cost to the customer. Additional mileage is charged at a rate of $0.40/mile.

Fee for service is $79.99 for the first hour and $0.50/minute beyond 1 hour. Service time begins when we leave our home facility, unless otherwise specified. All parts needed for repair, will be an additional charge to the customer, beyond labor and mileage

All appliances sold by Massie Appliance are eligible for product protection. Product protection will save you money and time, and provide you with security that if the unexpected happens you're covered. Product protection enhances and extends the manufacturer's limited warranty. The benefits of product protection include: mechanical failures, electrical breakdowns, power surge protection, and accidental damages, with no deductibles or hidden costs! Massie Appliance will guarantee same day service on any product protection plan!
